Ran my first 5k a little over two years ago.. Tomorrow I am running my first 10k. Of course when I ran my 5k, I was a good 10 pounds lighter than I am now, however, I feel as though I've done a bit more training for this race (although not enough training to feel confident in my ability to not die). I am trying to keep a positive mindset and not put too much pressure on myself for it. It will be the longest I have ever run in one workout, and my friend who is running it with me is hoping we will be able to jog the whole thing, no walking!

Obviously I will definitely finish this race, unless some sort of injury happens, and my goal is to jog the whole thing, but I am trying to also tell myself that if I cant jog the whole thing, it wont be the end of the world.

After the race, I plan on eating all the food, and going to see Captain America, and also eating my full body weight in froyo.

165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
