Ok we have changed our diet plan from the Atkins based diet to the Ketogenic based nutritional lifestyle. As odd as that appears the recipes look awesome. I made the chai muffins and I am so excited to have them for breakfast tomorrow!!!
156.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1485 kcal Fat: 119.70g | Prot: 75.41g | Carb: 22.69g.   Breakfast: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch: Havarti Cheese, Compliments Roma Tomato, Elite Elian's Dill Pickles with Garlic. Dinner: Celery, Mushrooms, Maple Leaf Naturally Smoked Bacon, Country Naturals Wieners (Pork)(38g). Snacks/Other: Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt, Raspberries. more...
