Meal last night for treat has me staying same. Can feel each pound if weight. Need to get back on its making me miserable
156.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks the bloating painful. Currently on a 4 mile walk. Had low carb healthy breakfast and planned todays meal with room for extra fruit and veg. We can do this :)
