Another good loss, its so funny how the human body works. I think it's been 4 days since I weighed in at 167, and I'm down almost 5 pounds, I'm sure its mostly bloat and water weight but it really says something about how bad my eating was previously. Especially if I'm seeing such a drastic loss after eating clean for only a handful of days.
I've been really trying to make sure to log all my food that I eat. Me and future hubs been cooking more at home, and making lunches instead of buying lunches and dinners. I also have completely minimized my snacking throughout the day, by alternating between gum, and a cup of coffee. Obviously I add some cream and sugar to my coffee, but in reality I feel like that is a good trade off for mindlessly snacking all day long like I have been doing previously.
At this point, I am literally taking it day by day. Sometimes even minute by minute, making sure I don't binge, and trying to avoid all crappy food. At this point, my eating is still not 100%, but it is a significant improvement from the past couple of months. Mindfulness will be key from now on.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Wow that's amazing!! Go you! I also found the same very surprising results, in just clean eating for a few days and dropping weight fast. Hopefully I can stick to my plan as well as you are yours. I already strayed a bit because of socializing haha

Sounds like you've got the perfect attitude right now and the results are speaking for themselves. Well done.

I liked what you said about the little coffee tradeoff, and completely agree. If you're accounting for everything, and can make room for those little things, and doing so helps you stick to your plan, it's totally worth it!
