That doesn't surprise me. I know I am eating too many complex carbs and cheese just now. But it is because I am cutting out added sugar from my diet and have replaced it with other, probably higher calorific value, foods. I see this as a re-adjustment period and my appetite is beginning to settle down now and I will go back to eating the correct amount of carbs/cheese as from now. I feel more in control and I am quite happy to be off the sugar for the time being.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I hope so! My appetite has been off the scale! But my energy levels are good too. I feel well so that is the main thing.
