Finally got in two consecutive days of workouts! They weren't great workouts either -- just 30 minutes each, but better than nothing.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
