Dear going out with friends is never a bad thing, it's all about choice. Make some healthy choices when you are out with your friends. Have a beer but choose healthy food to go along with that beer. Do something good for you body after you are finish with your friends. Friends are your biggest support group next to your Fat Secret family. Increase your water intake for the next two days to offset some of the alcohol. Have some fun okay.
