No gym - Guess the blooimng onion got to me. Took our son and daughter-in-law out for anniversary dinner to Outback. Chicken on the barbee and broccoli - on program - "Blooming onion", good, good good, but bad bad bad.
Back on program today. Can't let the slip take me down!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
