Any weight loss is a good weight loss, however I know this is due to me being sick the past few days. Its okay though, I'll take what I can get and try to stick with a downward trend.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
