After several days of 0 weight loss and now up .8 without any cheats I have redone my keto calculations and my RDI to calories 1250- carbs 20 - protein 95 - fat 88. lets see how this goes.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
