Okay...I went up 3#. ...forgot to weigh in when I first got up this morning. =( So, after 2 cups of coffee, my eggs and veggies, and a painful partial exercise session, I weighed- which wasn't the greatest idea..but I did it anyways.. Did not finish the exercise routine. I was in a plank, doing hip-dips, and the muscle just above the left shoulder blade, popped. Like a rubberband that gets pulled too far. At the moment, I am trying to hold still, breath, and relax. I did not enough veggies this weekend. Turned into a "meat-a-saurus"- and that surely did not help things along. Ah well. So, the veggie combo that works for me at breakfast time, is 1 lg can of LaChoy Chop Suey veggies, add in mushrooms and green onions, saute in olive or grapeseed or coconut oil- until very hot, and add in 3-4 eggs, scrambling in with the veggies. Douse with Braggs Amino Acids, and form "patties". I make enough for breakfast and lunch. Sometimes dinner too. Got errands to run, and work to do. The fires went out in both fireplaces, so...gotta get those functioning again. Its a Monday!
