Returned from my 10 day vacation to South India, and had lots of fun with great sights. However, they fed us a LOT on the trip, heavy meals for bfast lunch and dinner and fattening snacks every hour or so!!! It was all sooooo good, I couldn't make any cutbacks...so yes, I did pig out, and as a result, I see a 6 pound gain!! Today I'm going to do a complete fast, except for water, and hope for some cleansong and recovering to happen. And then for the 11 days or so that I still have left on this trip, I will have to monitor and eat less and sensibly so I start to lose the weight--AND NOT GAIN ANY FURTHER!!! Sadly, I'm now in my 150s..instead of teethering so close to being in 130s! I need to start working out intensely--1 hour dvd of slim-in-6, and go for morning/evening walks. Wish me luck. I miss my buddies here and hope to connect with y'all soon.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Wow, I didn't realize you were staying there that long World Traveler! Well...how often do you get to go to India (more than us folks, I know but still!). You're with family, etc., you have to enjoy. On the other hand, I hope you do your dvd and get those walks in girl!!! Trying to work off some extra calories when you know you're overindulging is def the right way to go!!! Do it! We miss you too!

Enjoy the rest of your trip. Watch what you eat as much as you can but I know it'll be difficult. When you get back, you can get back on track and GO FOR IT! :)

Glad you're enjoying your travels! Do what you can, but don't let it ruin your trip. You'll be at it strong when you get back!
