Its been over 9 months since I've posted .. and pretty much that long since I've thrown the towel in on dieting, or even stepped on a scale. To be very honest .. we recently lost two dear friends .. both died unexpectedly, one of a heart attack, and the other had heart problems as well .. and it has made me take a long hard look in the mirror as I evaluate my own health. It's time to take back control. I want to be the healthiest ME for my husband and my children. So. Here's to 2016 .. and a healthier me.
