So, week 2 of the 12 week "Lb a week" challenge, and I've lost another pound - YAY!!! That's two weeks and two lbs, doing great so far!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
