OK Getting back on track. Not totally. But better. And at least I have worked out 2 days in a row now. Yay! Feels so good. Plan on doing the same today. But, I dreamed for what seemed like a long time, about having stacks of pancakes! What gives! Oh, well. No pancakes for me today. I swear!
