OK So threw the last of the junk food away yesterday. This Christmas season I seem to think (or thought) that I could eat just about anything I wanted to and not exercise. Well, guess what? Nope! I cannot. Not if I want to stay slim and fit. So back to it. Yesterday, I finally worked out after about 3 weeks of not. So today's plan: work out one hour and eat as planned. And drink LOTS of water. I am going to lose weight this holiday season. NOT gain.
139.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
