I know that water is a very important part of weight loss, but I find myself coming up short most days. This week I will meet my daily water goal and avoid other beverages (especially sugary ones).
157.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
