Yikes! Had a blast at an all you can eat extravaganza on Friday night. Didn't get back on track till today really. Didn't exercise it off. So.... Here I go again.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
