Friday AM Crossfit

Warm Up:
15 Burpees

3 Front Squats (2x)
3 Strict Press (2x)
3 Back Squats (2x)
3 BN Jerk (2x)
All With Barbell

Strength

50%, 60%, 70%

Clean and Jerk
Worked on Form

WOD:
Tabata
Alternating hollowbacks/superman


A really nice, easy workout, which was good because not only is it my TOM, I am pretty sure the flu/cold that everyone around me has gotten but I've been avoiding is catching up to me. I felt really crummy last night, and pretty crummy this morning, but I think working out ultimately benefited me. I think I was able to sweat out a bunch of junk out of my system. I'm just hoping at this point it doesn't get too much worse.
