Been working and walking a lot more the last couple of days. Hopefully I will keep seeing the numbers lower.
330.1 lb Lost so far: 89.9 lb.    Still to go: 170.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

I have decided its best to weigh only once a week because I find myself obsessing about gaining anything one day over the next. I'm committing to every Friday. This way, I'll have a definite loss at the end of the week and feel good about going into the weekend where there are more temptations. Don't rail against yourself in any way. Stay the course. "The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step."
