With unfortunately almost dying last month and the sterods necessary to keep me alive I've had a ferocious appetite.

No exercise allowed other than walking, so I'm a start tracking tracking my food.

I can't let this get the best of me. I've worked too hard.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Been there - done that! Steroids can do a number on you, But they are lifesavers. I'm sorry you had to face a problem so severe that you needed steriods. Do not get discouraged over the weight gain, it is not your fault, so do not punish your self.
