well, 1 pound down, I'll take it! We went out of town last Friday to a dinner where I had, for the first time in many months-a baked potato, a piece of bread, and 2 yes 2 pieces of cake! I would like to be able to say eeewwww it made me sick or I was sooo bloated but that is not the case. It tasted HEAVENLY! The next morning I also had 3 flavored creams in my coffee. I was able to resume my usual WOE, so I was happy it didn't set me up for craving more. I knew what the dinner was and had given myself permission to eat it but didn't expect to enjoy it quite so much :-)
So yes, I will take my 1 pound loss and be happy I have learned to eat much better and can still enjoy everything but food is not MY everything anymore!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 96.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

good for you,, that's what this is all about. Its not about restricting for the rest of your life . Its about learning self control and living life to the fullest,, happy and healthy . Nice Job .
