Overslept slightly again today, and got a late start. That forced me to consider the day's priorities and I decided (you will approve of this) that working out is important and everything else would have to be adjusted today to compensate.

Breaking 185 is in sight.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
