Teddy's Journal, 11 September 2007

Doing fine with diet-- need to work in a little more exercise. I am teaching two new courses this fall, so the prep-work is consuming my evenings. I also need to buy some heavier dumbells which will help me get more intensity out of my sets. My goal is to put on a pound or two of muscle in the next couple months. If I can manage to lift three times a week with the new weights I think I will make it.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard to fit in exercise with such a busy schedule. Keep up the good work!

Do you get a free gym membership at the school? I find it more motivating to do my workouts at a gym or club. I have some friends that meet to workout with weights together. It keeps them motivated and reduces the boredom.
