Feel like I am getting back on track. And I have no gigs this week so that will help me stay close to my eating and working out plan. I am really glad that although I did gain some weight back (didn't record the fact that the scale said 136 something for a few days) it wasn't much and now it is going down again. Besides, although I do really want to lose 3 more pounds, at this moment, I am glad to weigh what I weigh. I am 5 pounds less than I was just a couple of months ago and it feels great. So back to my working out, eating, and drinking LOTS of water plan. Best of luck to all!
