Well, the scale has climbed up. But, I am not discouraged. If it takes me two months to get to 132, so be it! I will keep trying and not give up.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always get to a point and then that voice inside my head says "Yeah, you're good, you can eat anything now" I do it all the time but I am so sick of having the tummy fat Let's just get that last bit off!
