Ok after a summer of eating poorly I am back starting on again. Pretty sad that 3 months of bad choices resulted in a 10lb weight gain. I am not going to beat myself up! I am just going to get back on an Atkins program!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
