Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!! I finally broke the "unbreakable" barrier between me and the 134 mark. Yay! Haven't seen that number for a year. Now to lose just 2 more pounds and here's the tricky part, keep it off!!! So, although sometimes when I lose weight my mind starts thinking that I can eat whatever I want now (anybody else have this problem?), I will not give in to such crazy thoughts that made me gain weight in the first place. Nope. Today, stay on track with food and get out to the gym big time. Want to see 133 within the next week. Yes I do!!! And if I can do it, you can do it. Just sayin'.
