The knee was not hurting the morning so I did the elliptical stepper for 45 minutes this morning. I backed off a little on the intensity because the knee still feels a bit odd. The bad part was that I left my ipod at home. Argh! -- 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper without entertainment is HARD! hahahaha.

I'm focusing on getting below 185.

186.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Good for you Does the elliptical help when the knee hurts? I know its always better for me. and I would have called it a day with out my ipod or something

Man, I get so bored/distracted without my ipod on the eliptical. 25 minutes is an accomplishment in and of itself. ;) Glad to hear the knee is not hurting. Hope you're pacing yourself so you can keep recovering. Your goald is so close, I'm sure you'll get there.

The eliptical is my favourite exercise machine. and Wow bravo for still exercising without your iPod. If i notice that i've forgotten my iPod when i'm at school is just skip the gym ;)
