I went away on my trip and the most wonderful time ever!!! It was so exciting that even though I did eat and drink, I still lost a pound or two. Now I really want to keep that off and lose 3 more. Haven't worked out in the regular sense since last Tuesday. So, now that I am home and settling back in I will start doing that again starting today.
