So excited!!!! Finally seeing some results! It is likely because I am so excited about my upcoming trip in 6 days that I am able to finally achieve some success. Whatever the reason, yay!!! I am 1.6 pounds from where I wanted to be for this trip. Haven't been at that or this weight for about a year. Yay! Yay! Yay! OK Now for keeping it up!
