I am so excited! I couldn't believe my eyes! The weight is finally coming off. Woohoo! I am only 2.5 pounds from my first goal. I haven't been down to this weight in about a year. The trick now is to keep it going. Sometimes when I get down closer to my goal weight, my brain starts saying, "Now you can eat whatever you want." Anyone else have this problem? Well, brain. No I cannot. Must stick to my plan. And that plan today is about 1200 cal and an hour of cardio and some arm strength training work, as well as lots of other todos today.

Woohoo!!! SO excited!
136.9 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
