Being staying fairly close to my food plan for 3 days in a row. Worked out 2 days in a row. Will do so again today. So happy!!! Drinking my water too. So nice to finally see some results. Just 3.5 pounds to go before my trip in 2 weeks. Gonna try!!! Even if I don't lose that much, even 2 would be great!!!!!

138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hi Hk, OMG I just noticed I am just 200g heavier than you are. How fluky is that. I weighed in at 62.8kg this morning, and I am very happy as I am already down 800g this challenge :) :) I see you found the challenge forum, just click on "my challenges" on RHS of your homepage then click on "lose 10 lb in 28 days" challenge heading and the challenge home page comes up with the Challenge forum. I set up a new heading for each day (Day One. Day 2 etc) so you can just join in there in the comments if you like or set up your own topic if you like too. cheers!
