I went down just a 100 grams since yesterday - which is much better than nothing, of course.
I do have a mission of reaching 95.5 kgs the latest at my Saturday morning weigh-in. I'd like to do a new lowest weigh-in before my next spike day begins.
I'm not sure I'll make though - it's still a kg to go in two days. Then again, it's happened before, and Friday/Saturday are notorious low weigh-ins. Let's hope that goes for this week also. :)
I do think it was a fluke that I weighed in so low last I had a lowest weigh-in. I had lost 5.3 kgs that week (that's 11 lbs for you Americans) - yes, in ONE week! I am thinking that some of that HAS to be water fluctuations (which I am sure can be too low also). Well, we'll see how it goes. I am still so happy and thankful that I am this far. I am just so ready to go below and beyond what I have done before.
Life is good.
