Plenty of yard work and swimming on Saturday, then pretty good eating on both Saturday and Sunday (including a big salad while watching the World Cup final). I am aiming to weigh in twice a week for the next couple months, to try to stay more consistent. Mon / Thur or Fri
167.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
