Excellent. Yesterday was a maintenance calorie day - today is a cut day. It looks light the weight may be much more stable. I'm not concerned about the extra few pounds I'm carrying since I believe it to by water from glycogen attachment. Calipers showed my body fat % stayed stable during that gain so it's all good.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
