Don't understand it. I was really good with what I ate, but gained.
I'm going in the wrong direction. I didn't get to the gm - but I didn't think that would make such a difference - instead I did 1 1/5 miles around the parking lot in 110 degree weather. That should count for something.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fluctuations are very normal. It could be something as small as too much sodium yesterday. Even the high heat and humidity can effect the scale for some people. Your body is made up of 60% water so lots of things can effect your water weight daily/hourly. We also don't always see the effects of what we do on one day the next. Weight loss is cumulative. It's what you do over a period of time that counts. Stay hydrated and just keep going. Those last pounds can be tough to get off. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight. You will be at goal before you know it. You are doing great.
