Can't catch a break no matter what program I am on.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well you have lost 41 pounds so you are doing something right. It can be harder as you get closer to goal. Think of yourself as a great sculpture and just keep chipping away. You will eventually get where you want to go.
