Finally making some progress. As I look back over my weight history for the past year I see that I've been here a few times before. I have 5 pounds to go to hit my goal. These last 5 pounds seem to be more difficult to shed than the previous 5.

Business dinner tonight. Here's the eating plan: One glass of wine. No appetizers. Salmon (or grilled chicken) salad for the entree. No dessert. That will be plenty. I will be full.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

I like Jane's way of thinking. I completely understand that the last few pound's are the hardest as I struggle with this too. Once you DECIDE you can ,you will.
