Phew! I am finally seeing some results of mostly careful eating and almost daily workouts as well as lots and lots of water. Man! It seems to take longer these days. Oh, well. Just glad that it is finally kicking in. 4 pounds to go!!! Trying to get 3 of those off in the next 2 weeks.
Good luck to all of you and don't ever give up or give in. Nothing tastes as good as slim looks and feels!
