Hard to try to lose weight when I'm traveling and staying in a hotel. Even though i was more active than I usually am, I also didn't eat as well as i usually do. Also, I had an asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese every morning for breakfast, which is around 400 calories more than I usually have for breakfast.
But I'm back now and can try again to lose the weight.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
