Trying awful hard again. Still problems with dinner - my downfall.
I do better when I plan my meals - but hubby does the cooking in the evening.
Managed to walk a blister on the bottom of my foot - kind of puts a damper on the treadmill exercise. But suck it up and WALK!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
