Thanks Success This Time!!! Your encouragement and support have really helped me :) ... I have been up and down with my weight, being OK with being my big self ...being too busy and making every excuse to Not take care of myself. I am so ready to peel back those pounds and get my REAL self back! I was stunned when I got on the scale and found myself at 329, my highest weight ever. No wonder I don't feel good, my body hurts all the time and I had stopped living. I want ME back ... I am so ready to be my old active fun bouncy self again ... I am 45 and want to have a good life for the rest of my life :) ;)
