Bad bad weekend. No exercise - too much time on my hands.
Had an Arby's sandwich - first one in over 8 months. It didn't even taste good. Used to drink diet soda all the time - now don't even like the taste of soda - what a waste.
I'm so close to my cruise goal - got to be very careful and watch verything I eat and record it all.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
