1821 kcal Fat: 71.17g | Prot: 157.50g | Carb: 142.81g.   Breakfast: Almonds, British Columbia spartan apple, Ground Beef (Cooked). Lunch: Oranges, Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing and Marinade, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Kroger Tuna in Water. Dinner: Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Beef Outside Round (Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat). Snacks/Other: Almonds, Raspberries, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, MuscleTech 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus, Bananas, 2% Fat Milk. more...
