Well will you look at that - actually lost a lb over the weekend!!! Well it's a good start. Got my meal plan set for the week, and will go for my 1st run this morning. The goal this week is to lose another 4 lbs. It's ambitious, but I think I can do it! LET'S GOOOOO!!!!!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
