Worked out this morning. Holding steady.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great that you got a workout in on Sunday, hope your weekend is going well! I know you were concerned about the fluctuations over your last few weekends, but in the big picture you are making great progress.
