Yeehaw! Boy I enjoyed myself yesterday with food. Stupid? No. It's like my body needs to go a little nuts (okay, I go a little nuts) when I'm in the leaner body fat state. Still about 14%. So.

Cherry pie, ice cream, stoned wheat thins with butter, and a bag of cheezies. :) So am I surprised by the jump in weight. Not at all. Glycogen and water and so - today is FAST DAY once again.

182.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 19.6 lb a week

I had french toast this morning...Feels good sometimes. No fast day for me though, lol. Good luck with that. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

i wont go as far as fasting since i have to run 7 kilometers and cycle about 40. so i dont want to drop dead halfway (*lol*) but after binging m&m's yesterday i will only eat b4 and around the exercise, eat a HUGE bowl of fruits and veggies and "fast" from then on...
