I missed workouts two days in a row. This morning I was able to get in a workout. I was pleased to see that I lost another pound since my last workout and weigh in. THIS weekend I am determined to continue to lose weight instead of the normal weekend gain.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
