No gain is good news. Still sometimes you need that "better news" to help keep you on line. I know there will always be "ups and down", but I'd like to see a little "down". Weekend coming up - always my biggest challenge when I'm home from work. But I can and I will follow program - I hope. Keeping my fingers crossed and my mouth shut. Have a good weekend all.
